My approach is caring and playful. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, client centered, strengths based, solution focused and developmental perspectives in my work with children and teens.

Together we will learn to identify and express thoughts, feelings and emotions. We will build coping and calming skills to use in managing feelings and problems. My goal for my clients is to reduce symptoms and improve functioning.
