I see adults both in-person and Telehealth. We will work together on creating goals and creating change. I use an eclectic approach including cognitive behavior therapy, solution focused therapy, emotional focused therapy and interpersonal therapy.

I am open to discussing any issues. We are all people and have something we need to discuss. Often it is relationship issues, substance use and stress. We can discuss anything that is important to you in a safe setting.

I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in relationship counseling including couples and marriage. One specialty I have extensive experience in is drug and alcohol use disorders. I work with both individuals and families who experience distress due to substance use.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist because I enjoy seeing growth in people. I find everyone is unique and they deserve to be heard.
