My clients describe me as:
Present, thoughtful, and kind. They come to session knowing they will find a safe, supportive space to work on their goals.
Something to know about my approach is:
As a long-time meditation practitioner, I hold space for each client's unique wisdom and experience. There's no judgment, just curiosity and support.
Together, we will:
Explore your brilliant, wise, authentic self (which can get buried under the stress and trauma of all that comes with the human experience). We'll talk, gain insight, and develop a mindful approach to help you be fully you.
I specialize in working with people who:
Have a loved one struggling with substance use, individuals experiencing profound life transitions (grief, loss, acceptance), parents of grown children and couples.
I became a therapist because:
I founded a support group for families with loved ones with substance issues and wanted to offer more to my community.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
We are a collective of like-minded therapists open to wholistic modalities of healing and are a teaching facility, training interns in the profession.
More about me and my practice:
I have a background in meditation and mindfulness, have decades of experience raising children, working in industry and exploring what it means to find peace in a fast-paced, demanding culture.
