I'm here to walk with you to understand what is underneath your struggles, learn how to cope with painful emotions and experiences, and move closer to what is most meaningful in your life. I also use mind-body techniques to support further healing.

We'll work on building safety and trust to explore how experiences have impacted you, increase insight to better understand yourself, and experiment with new ways of approaching relationships with both yourself and others in the way you're desiring.

My office is located within a wellness center in La Crosse area. I also offer telehealth in many states via PSYPACT certification.
