My clients describe me as warm, empathetic, and compassionate.
My approach involves creating a safe, non-judgmental space where we can collaboratively explore your concerns. Together, we'll identify negative thinking patterns and develop practical strategies to cope in a healthier way.
I primarily use evidence-based practices including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT, BA, ERP) and mindfulness-based approaches- however, I recognize the importance of tailoring an approach to suit each individual’s needs, strengths, and goals.
I specialize in treatment for depression and anxiety disorders; I also regularly work with individuals struggling with substance abuse (AODA) concerns, self-harm, OCD, perfectionism, high stress, and with young adults/college students.
