My natural inclination is to work with you on building skills, learning emotional flexibility, and changing behaviors. I do not want you to distract or avoid, I want you to be able to weather the rollercoasters of life with confidence.

Together we will build a therapeutic relationship, build on your strengths, and create a roadmap for navigating struggles or concerns that stopped you from achieving your full potential. We will explore emotions versus logic, laugh a bit along the way, and find it hard to quit each other in the end.

Introverted, knowledgeable, a user of the silent pauses. I think about what I am going to suggest. I challenge clients. People would describe me as validating/trusting. I see a lot of trauma clients and I am often the only one they have broken down the wall of protection to let in.
