My practice offers a space for teens and adults navigating a wide range of challenges—including ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and the pressures of daily life. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward.

My work focuses on supporting individuals who struggle with emotional eating, body image distress, and eating disorders. I provide care rooted in a Health at Every Size® (HAES) and fat-positive philosophy, firmly rejecting diet culture and working collaboratively with clients to build self-compassion, body trust, and sustainable well-being.

I offer support for those experiencing eating disorders and body image concerns—whether that shows up as chronic dieting, binge eating, compulsive exercise, or emotional eating. My approach is trauma-informed, weight-inclusive, and attuned to how cultural messages around health, appearance, and worth can shape our relationships with food and our bodies.
