My view of therapy is finding "Truth," which will "set you free" from anxiety, depression, and stress, overall from human suffering. Furthermore, therapy is nurturing "Inner world," recognizing you are not just "Thoughts," "Emotions," or "Body."

Together, we will:

explore and gain insights what's the root causes of mental struggles, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, or stress, which often come from childhood coping strategies/adaptations to get through stressful environment, which interrupt adult life later.

I specialize in working with people who:

have gone through trauma, need stress management, and are open to spiritual growth, and self-actualization. To discover true self, "whole, complete, original, and enough" as a human being and recognize the "fundamental right" to be happy in life.

I became a therapist because:

I love what I do as a therapist, sincerely believe that we are "divine creators," and meant to live with inner joy, freedom, integrity, and peace.
