I have an eclectic style that is tailor-made to fit each client needs. I always try to provide some immediate relief for current problems with coping skills and problem solving strategies along with exploring ones past for generational patterns.

My primary treatment modality is CBT because it has a large body of research for treating various mental health conditions but is flexible enough to blend with other modalities to tailor treatment to each client. My approach is also trauma-informed.

I work with survivors of trauma (sexual, emotional, physical, neglect, abandonment). I'm an EMDR certified therapist, which is a research based therapy that helps to process past trauma, and come to a place of inner resolution.
