I specialize in an eclectic family systems approach through an attachment-based framework. I offer teachings about the power of emotional regulation, self-love and coping skills as a means to navigate. I am trained in EMDR as well.

I use ERP (Exposure Response Prevention)- a structured form of exposure therapy that is the gold-star standard for treating OCD. For other concerns such as anxiety, I use ACT and CBT which involve noticing your thoughts and practicing new skills.
