I had the privilege to be under the wing of mentorship of Dr. Stephan A. Hoeller, the renowned Gnostic-Jungian scholar. With this background, I have created my own method of therapy over the last 18 years; I call it “Gnostic Pneumatherapy”.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). CBT helps us to identify our thoughts and how they affect our moods and actions. MBCT works well with CBT to help us stay in the present moment.
