We naturally heal when we’re in a supportive environment. It’s often our surroundings and life experiences that stop us from being our best selves. I teach with compassion and empathy to help people communicate their needs and feelings.
I utilize parts work inspired by IFS. Together we will identify internal parts, and allow them the space to be heard. Once heard, we can offer those parts new roles, updates and even some compassion. (Not the same old talk therapy!)

I use an experiential, attachment, and an emotion focused approach. I am trained in Accelerated, Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Attachment Core Pattern Therapy (ACPT).
We will work together on identifying and changing self-defeating patterns, developing healthier ways to manage emotions and challenging situations, resolving past traumas and inner conflicts, and uncovering the underlying meanings of your behaviors.
