I have a passion for highlighting the inner power each individual has in regards to their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I also honor the significance of the family system and how it can influence and show up in a multitude of areas in our lives.

I use a body-mind approach called Somatics. By slowing down, we pay attention to physical sensations, movements, and breath. This helps us learn and practice skills to process stress, anxiety, and trauma in order to feel more present and grounded.
