Our sessions is to provide an experience for you. Meaning the experience of you being seen, processing and working through your emotions, beliefs and relationships, will be the key drivers to elicit healing and change.
We will invite expressing the most difficult thoughts and feelings, even those you may have had to silence in the past. We will also have the space to wonder and examine unknowns and fears that help illuminate the understanding of self.

I prioritize building trust and connection with you as we invite growth and curiosity. We will focus on the here and now to explore harmful patterns and pinpoint areas of change; identifying, accepting, and finding ways to address your challenges.
We can work towards building a happier and more fulfilling life. You are not alone in your mental health improvement or recovery. You have the right to feel safe, loved, and respected by others.

My therapeutic orientation is rooted in psychodynamic, behavioral therapy, person-centered, and postmodern (narrative and SFBT). On top of the talk therapy, I am also trained in EMDR and Brainspotting.
My areas of focus are how anger management, emotional regulation, racial trauma, anxiety management, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ challenges, relational concerns, and familial trauma have impacted you from being your full and loving self.
