I use a body-mind approach called Somatics. By slowing down, we pay attention to physical sensations, movements, and breath. This helps us learn and practice skills to process stress, anxiety, and trauma in order to feel more present and grounded.

I tend to begin with a more directive and structured approach when I am exploring with you the root of the problem to have a deeper understanding. I utilize CBT, Psychodynamic, Client Centered, and a Holistic approach. Nationally Trauma Certified.
