I think of myself as being a thought partner with you. I work with adults collaboratively in understanding how they think and bring their emotions to surface. I use a range of evidence-based practices to engage in acceptance of thoughts and emotions.

I treat trauma through the lens of mind/body connection. I primarily use EMDR, which bridges the trauma stored in your body/mind/spirit to allow healing, CBT, which helps you identify and replace unhealthy thoughts, and DBT to teach coping skills
