I offer multiple ways to express yourself, especially if you find words to be limiting. It's optional, but I offer art therapy as well as a technique called Brainspotting that can help you access new strengths and insights.

Our first communication will be an intake session, which is fairly structured. You will have plenty of time to share your needs and we will evaluate if it is a good fit. From there, we will create a treatment plan that includes goals for therapy.
