I offer multiple ways to express yourself, especially if you find words to be limiting. It's optional, but I offer art therapy as well as a technique called Brainspotting that can help you access new strengths and insights.

My approach depends on the individual or couples need. I will first ask what the goal is. We will blend the present with moments of the past. I am a believer in us honoring our past no matter the pain if we have learned from it. We are our past.
