My approach is LGBTQIA+ affirmative and trauma informed. I see mental health experiences as natural reactions to your environment- your nervous system is reacting this way for a reason, and I will help lead you in an inquiry to figure out why.

I practice Eclectic Therapy. I don't believe in one-size therapy so I tend to tailor my approach to what works best for each client. Some of the theories I use are: Relational, Humanistic, Cognitive-Behavioral, Attachment, and Psychodynamic.

I offer multiple ways to express yourself, especially if you find words to be limiting. It's optional, but I offer art therapy as well as a technique called Brainspotting that can help you access new strengths and insights.
