I use mindfulness, DBT, CBT, and ACT frequently in sessions. However, for me the most important part is that we keep it real and we go from there to find healing. That isn't always done with all the interventions, sometimes it's about being present.

I treat trauma through the lens of mind/body connection. I primarily use EMDR, which bridges the trauma stored in your body/mind/spirit to allow healing, CBT, which helps you identify and replace unhealthy thoughts, and DBT to teach coping skills
