I combine formal training in DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), psychodynamic therapy, and somatic therapy to provide an approach to healing that is holistic and effective. Sometimes I weave in ancient wisdom, spiritual practices, and meditation.

Working from a Motivational Interviewing perspective allows me to meet my clients where they are in his/her process of change. MI is a very nonjudgmental, collaborative and respectful therapeutic approach. I also utilize EMDR in the tx of trauma.
