This is a group practice and we all have a casual, warm, comfy, easy going demeanor- sometimes we may even curse during sessions ;) We utilize evidence based interventions in a relaxed, Telehealth atmosphere. Leggings, dogs and babies are welcome!

I approach therapy in a down-to-earth fashion, helping my clients identify what is and what is not working well for them in their lives.

I treat trauma and anxiety with EMDR, which is an amazing brain-body technique that retrains your brain to relax. I also use cognitive behavioral therapy for depression and anxiety where we replace unhelpful thoughts with appropriate alternatives.
Together, we will collaborate to create a safe space to make room for your thoughts, feelings, and lived experience, build affect tolerance, acceptance, anxiety management, self-compassion, and non-judgement. No topic is off limits.

I am trained in EMDR and operate from an IFS (Internal Family Systems) lens. I work from a trauma-focused approach and integrate a combination of attachment, mindfulness, and CBT. My approach is compassionate, engaging, and empowering.
