I am a straight shooter and only work with teens/college students, you and their families so I am very comfortable navigating whatever comes up for you all. I am not only there for you during the session as that is not the only time the work happens.

I use an individualized approach to best suit my clients' needs. I use most often pull from Person-Centered Therapy, and CBT, and EFT. I believe therapy is a collaboration and we will work together to find the right course of action for you.
