I use Cognitive Behavioral therapy(CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT). The latter involves skill building and application of skills to alleviate stress to regulate thoughts and emotions.
We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I integrate hypnotherapy, to help you discover unwanted limiting beliefs and reprogram the subconscious to aid in developing a stronger relationship with yourself.
