I use a direct, and affirming approach in order to address forward thinking and support clients in working toward meeting their goals. While it is necessary and significant to address the past, it is also essential to be able to move into the future.

I use Motivational Interviewing and Solution-focused therapy. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps clients understand the beliefs they might have that create depression or anxiety. I have been trained with EMDR, a way to alleviate intrusive thoughts.
