I utilize CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), focusing on inaccurate/negative thinking, solution focused brief therapy- developing goals and learning skills, and Interpersonal Therapy- improving relationships and social skills to reduce distress.

Some of the skills I utilize are through EMDR, CBT, DBT, REBT, Client-centered, Gestalt, Narrative, Strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches. I use the Gottman assessment with couples if they are interested in that approach.
