I primarily use a cognitive-behavioral approach, but I’m familiar with a variety of proven therapies, so we can find what feels comfortable for you. I’m experienced in motivational interviewing, DBT, and trauma-informed therapy.

Motivational Interviewing is my approach in counseling. I believe it gives the client a chance to really express their issues. Once a person feels safe and the atmosphere is one of trust a relationship can be won for success in every session.
I utilize blended holistic approaches that stimulate the mind, body, and spirit. Other modalities of specialty that I utilize are psycho-educational interventions, hypnotherapy, interpersonal therapy, and art therapy.

I use a therapeutic approach that integrates contemporary psychology and eastern spirituality. The trauma-informed theoretical framework is influenced largely by Internal Family Systems (IFS), The Enneagram, and Ayurveda. I also use CBT.
