My approach is grounded in the belief that holistic care is crucial to healing ourselves, our communities & our planet. I am also a yoga teacher so our sessions can incorporate breathwork, yoga & meditation to incorporate the mind, body & spirit.

I am a trained art therapist and can guide you through the art making process to help you meet your goals. I also offer traditional talk therapy and work from a Person-Centered, CBT, and Solution-Focused approach, which focus on you as an individual.
