The foundation of my work is psychodynamic. This means that the factors and experiences that have led to where you find yourself at this time are explored and processed. Additionally, I make use of mindfulness and behavioral modalities, when helpful.

I take a holistic and relational approach, grounded in the belief that healing necessitates connecting to the mind and body. During sessions, I gently encourage clients to practice embodiment by getting curious about their internal experiences.

An Integrative approach uses multiple approaches to help clients. In most cases, this means a combination of psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and humanistic therapies. The approach is flexible and based on the needs of the client.

Treatment will be active, involving education, manageable assignments, and tracking of goals. Sessions will be more frequent at first and then reduce as progress is made. Let's help you get back to enjoying your life.
