I have an eclectic approach; I use a lot of cognitive behavioral methods (examine unhelpful thinking habits) combined with psychodynamic exploration (family history) to make connections to current difficulties. I also tend to use humor.

I work exclusively with ages 12-25. I believe that every person is resilient, and nothing makes me happier than witnessing people overcome the most excruciating obstacles in life. Noticing a client's progress is my favorite part about therapy.
