I don't waste your time, but I do want to get a thorough understanding of your situation before I make action suggestions that will make things better. By the third or forth session, you should be able to tell that things are getting better for you.

I take a holistic approach to healing and wellness. I engage the biological, psychological, emotional and sociological factors that influence the whole person. Cognitive Behavior Therapy(CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy(DBT) and EMDR are utilized.
