We will do a lot of work together, but my goal is to make “walking through” your uncomfortable moments more bearable. Sessions will begin with what is currently on your mind. Our work is gradual and continuous, even outside of our sessions.
I focus on your strengths and how to further use them to get you to where you want to be. I can also assist with coping skills, problem solving, and understanding how your past might be impacting the present. Sometimes, it is MOS-related trauma.
