My practice is mindfulness-based with a holistic approach: nurturing your mind, body, spirit, & being present with yourself & the world around you. We may explore your childhood, relationships & difficult experiences to help you learn about yourself.
We will work collaboratively to address the thoughts and feelings that you are facing right now. I will teach you how to get control over your body and thoughts. Then we can address themes, which are impacting you emotionally and often physically.

I work with adults across the age span, including college students. My practice includes shorter-term solution-based therapy, longer-term insight based therapy and focused work regarding gender/sexuality issues (identity, transition, coming out).
