I use evidence-based treatments. I believe homework is important and will ask my clients to complete different tasks outside of our meetings to facilitate behavior change and new learning. I invite feedback to make sure treatment is individualized.

I consider there to be two paths to therapy; first: exploring, processing, and developing insight into your patterns and programming, and second: learning skills, tools and strategies to cope in the moment. We will tackle both!

Therapy is a collaborative process and I often provide education and support to help you explore difficult topics and use new strategies. I want you to feel safe and understood, but I'll also challenge the way you think if it's getting in your way.
