I have been in the field of healing and self improvement for over twenty years and have learned many types of tools from many types of teachers. I am a very eclectic therapist and how we work together depends on you and where you want to go

My goal is help people learn to work through anxiety and depression so that they can enjoy life again. Other focuses of mine are women going through parenting challenges and life transitions and college students and their life transitions.

I mostly use talk therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy because I believe those are two great methods to use with anxiety and depression. I also use EMDR when appropriate such as with trauma.
