There's no one thing that works for everyone, and we will adapt what we work on to what works best for you. As a starting point I mostly pull from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness.

My overall approach is eclectic and holistic, pulling from different theories and techniques that are best for each client. Body-mind-spirit practice is often achieved through insight-oriented, mindfulness, CBT/ACT, and psychosomatic interventions.
