I believe strongly in meeting people where they’re at and tailoring mental health care treatment to what each individual needs. I have an eclectic approach which leans towards Person-Centered therapy.

My approach to therapy is client centered and begins with a conversation to get to know you, your history, identities, struggles and strengths. Therapy begins as you are able to trust me and the process and honestly share your thoughts and feelings.
We will address your own treatment goals and needs as discussed during intake. I have also focused on supporting clients impacted by trauma, couples counseling and hold awareness around the needs unique to members of the LGBTQIA+ population.

As an eating disorder therapist, I base my sessions in Health at Every Size and Intuitive eating, while building skills in emotional regulation and self-compassion.

My approach is ideal for long-term health, preferring to do the deeper work often needed for holistic, lasting change rather than short fixes! I enjoy utilizing humor, and creative approaches to therapy, providing balance and support within our work.
