My approach to therapeutic treatment is to first create a safe space. We will focus on today's problems with insight into the underlying issues from which these problems arose.
We will work to identify and explore the experiences that affect present life challenges. Then process goals, needs and specific tools to reduce anxiety, depression or conflict effecting the clients life.

I tailor my treatments to fit each patient’s unique characteristics and needs and incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
