I am well-versed in several therapeutic modalities: IFS, CBT, somatic and psychodynamic therapies being some of them. At the same time, I see my ability to build a safe relationship and maintain a trauma-informed lens as equally important.

I like to understand your concerns before we talk about coping skills. I will ask about your family, your upbringing and thoughts and feelings associated with your concerns. My approach is informed by ACT/CBT and Insight/Relational Therapy.
