My approach to therapy is based on evidence-based treatments such Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused techniques and Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
I ask clients, “if you had a magic wand how would you use it to change your life?” Responses highlight the gap between what men want and what they have. I help you navigate this gap by identifying/addressing barriers to creating the life you want.

I do like to utilize homework, such as implementing at home the tools we talk about in the session. I am heavily focused on how the brain and body works, and how we can train it to be the best it can be for us.
