My approach to therapy is to be supportive, practical, non-judgmental, and collaborative with my clients. I focus on helping clients better understand themselves, build new behavioral and cognitive habits, and develop coping skills for long lasting change.

Discuss your goals, and any challenges you have been facing, and collaborate on an appropriate treatment plan to meet your needs. I will ask questions to gather information on your biopsychosocial background . We will continue to work together until your goals are accomplished.

Providing a supportive, open minded, and secure environment that the client feels safe to express and be open during therapy. I tailor interventions and every therapy to meet the client's needs/wants while collaborating and re-evaluating the needs/wants at every session.
