    I love going on the journey with individuals and supporting them to heal their wounds and find their strengths. Being human is a mind, body and spiritual journey. Individuals will learn how to connect with their selves and their emotions.

    If someone decides we are a good fit they will be able to discuss areas such as emotional health, life transition, trauma, self-esteem and relationships. Working with horses has improved my ability to be present with people who want to heal.

    I work with people who struggle with emotional regulation and changes in their life. I work with people who have experiences loss and other traumatic events in their life.

    My passion has always been to assist individuals in their own personal healing.

    I currently do telehealth therapy however, I offer some opportunity to provide Equine Assisted Psychotherapy

    I believe that in my practice I am able to give people hope for change and assist them in making their own road map for change. I will build on personal strengths and problem solve with people in a way that I hope they feel empowered for change.
