I provide a warm, empathic space that allows my clients to safely express genuine vulnerability so they feel genuinely seen and heard. I use primarily somatic approaches that get to the heart of the matter and help clients quickly regulate their nervous systems in a manner they quickly feel calmer, more relaxed, at ease, and motivated.

When clients meet with me they can expect to feel heard, seen, and understood. They can expect to come away with a better understanding of themselves along with practical skills and strategies for coping.
