I specialize in working with people who experience anxiety, depression, challenges within relationships, have experienced trauma, and feel stuck by their desire to not let themselves/others down. I will with teens, young adults, adults, and couples.

I became a therapist because:

I found that access to quality mental health care was extremely limited when I needed care myself.
