About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

    patient, informative, accommodating and helpful.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I like to meet my clients with where they are then gently begin to challenge their thought processes which may be interfering with the quality of life they desire. I often times assign homework to be completed in between sessions.

  • Together, we will:

develop a treatment plan to begin moving toward an established treatment goal. The plan will be reviewed and modified as needed.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

are 18 years and older individually or as a couple. I work mostly with those who struggle with self-esteem issues, recurrent patterns of challenging relationships, ruminating thoughts, sadness, grief, feelings of worthlessness, and life transitions.

  • I became a therapist because:

I enjoy providing others with easy and effective coping skills to help them develop the type of life and relationships they desire for themselves.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Flexible scheduling, competitive out of network fee schedule, and Super Bill option available for those that want to access insurance benefits.

  • More about me and my practice:

I have been providing counseling for more than 15 years and love my career choice. Raintree Psychotherapy offers an evening grief support group a couple of times during the year.
