Therapy Approach: I utilize a combination of evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Relational Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I work collaboratively with my clients, helping them gain insight into their struggles, build healthier boundaries, and improve communication.

Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, or complex identities, we’ll create a space where you can feel seen, safe, and empowered to grow into your truest self.

My clients describe me as warm, real, and refreshingly direct. They often say I make them feel deeply understood, less alone, and more like themselves. I’ve been told I have a knack for blending empathy with humor (yes, therapy can include some laughs), and that I bring a sense of calm and groundedness even when life feels like it’s on fire.

Many of my clients are BIPOC, LGBTQ+, disabled, or all of the above, and they’re navigating systems and relationships that often don’t make space for their full humanity. I work with folks who are healing from trauma, anxiety, grief, shame, and toxic relationship dynamics (including family stuff that still shows up like an uninvited ghost).

I know what it’s like to face unimaginable loss, grief, and identity shifts and still have to find a way to show up in the world. I’ve lived through trauma, disability, and the kind of pain that doesn’t always have words. And I know how powerful it can be to have someone who really sees you and holds space for your healing without judgment.

I’ve recently joined Family Care Center Tucson, where I’m proud to be part of an interdisciplinary team delivering compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. This role allows me to continue serving my community while expanding access to services in a space that values integrated healing.
