I operate from a person-centered and trauma-focused perspective. I believe that our relationship is the most important part of your healing journey. I create safety in my office so that we can process whatever you need to safely.

Together, we will:

work collaboratively so that you can achieve the goals you want to achieve in therapy, not ones I assign to you. We will create a therapeutic relationship that feels safe so that you can process trauma, anxiety, and anything related to sexuality.

I specialize in working with people who:

experience isolation and hurt from those meant to protect you, whether that be doctors, religious leaders, or others. I enjoy working with couples who see couples therapy as a proactive plan to benefit their relationship.

I became a therapist because:

I personally understand what it is like to be given a diagnosis, but no support. I stay focused on the most important thing in the room: you!

My office is located by a plant store and a salon and several restaurants. Feel free to bring any self-care activities such as a new plant in!

More about me and my practice:

I love working with kids 5-12 as well as adults and relationships. I've been working in the mental health field for four years and love it more each day! I love working to empower you in any area you need!
