I have found it is common for clients to question if they are "crazy" or if something is "wrong" with them. More often than not, the answer is "no." No, you are not crazy. Something is not wrong with you. Instead, you have adapted for survival!

I became a therapist because:

When I worked as a personal trainer, my scope of practice was limited and I saw the importance of helping others become healthy in all areas of life.
