I have a very eclectic approach, but I primarily come from a psychodynamic lens and an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approach. I believe you must understand the past so that you can change your future. Awareness, Acceptance, Change.

I specialize in working with people who:

are Neurodivergent (ND). I myself am ND. Whether you are ADHD, Autistic, Dyslexic or any other neurological thing you were born with, I see you. I want you to be proud of who you are, maybe for the first time in your life. We can get there together.

My own journey growing up brought me to a place of wanting to help others navigate the challenges of life.
