Something to know about my approach is:

I identify as a queer therapist and my specialty is working with trauma and attachment in the LGBTQ+ community. I am a super nerd for relationships. I am trauma informed, attachment focused, and really relational with my clients.

Together, we will:

decrease anxiety, anger, loneliness, self-criticism, cycles of fighting with partners and shitty relationships with others. I believe these experiences generally stem from traumatic, toxic, or abusive relationships and discrimination or oppression.

I specialize in working with people who:

had painful childhood experiences or experienced toxic relationships. I help folks heal from emotional abuse, gaslighting, discrimination, religious trauma, and any other kind of experience that makes you feel anxious in yourself and with others.

I became a therapist because:

we are broken in relationship to others and we heal in relationship with others. I want to be part of the healing.
